Job Overview

The Manager – Regional Sales plays a critical role in driving the revenue growth and expanding Voyzant’s brand in the travel market. You will be responsible for leading and motivating your team to drive sales in the assigned region, ensure KPIs and sales targets are set and achieved by the team, and work closely with other business units in the Company to develop strategic plans to increase revenue growth.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Create a strategic plan for the assigned region’s market to achieve specific revenue targets, extend the Company’s market penetration and brand awareness
  • Proactively identifies and secures new travel partners to increase business growth
  • Maintains an in-depth knowledge of market conditions and competitive set
  • Take leadership in the development of presentations and proposals to generate business opportunities and partnerships
  • Work effectively as a team, supporting other members of the team in achieving business objectives
  • Keep abreast of assigned GDS, industry and supplier developments.
  • Schedule and conduct regular review meetings with designated partners/clients to further strengthen relationships and identify potential opportunities
  • Increase engagement and secure new business from travel partners through effective marketing strategies which include email blasts, social media campaigns, etc
  • Provide exceptional service to our industry partners and to build a mutually beneficial and profitable long-term business relationship.
  • Schedule and implement sales calls to designated customers to further strengthen relationships


  • Minimum of 3 years of strategic sales expertise is a must, preferably in the travel industry
  • Excellent oral and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of CRM and/or equivalent Customer Relationship Management tools
  • Strong decision making, communication, negotiation, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Strong understanding of Air Consolidator and wholesaler market
  • Proven ability to achieve sales objectives
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint)
  • Demonstrates self-initiative and excellent customer service skills
  • Experienced in working with Global Distribution Systems including but not limited to Sabre, Amadeus and Apollo is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and comfortable working with new technologies
  • A positive and team-player mindset is key
