Job Overview

The Office Manager plays a critical role in supporting all team members to fulfill their roles in order to ensure all operations run efficiently. You will be responsible in overseeing the administrative operations including but not limited to working with the Sales team, Human Resources and Finance. The ideal candidate for this role will have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Lead and manage the operational departments to develop proficiencies, professionalism and build cohesive operations capabilities.
  • Establish viable framework for Air product Distribution to Agencies, Corporates and support clientele as required. Assist with adoption and monitor compliance to Air contract rules by relevant parties to mitigate risks.
  • Ensure all customer touch points including call center, ticket fulfillment and distribution channels adhere to required standards.
  • Ensure all service level agreements cum targets are communicated and implemented. Evaluate and suggest redesign operational business process if needed to Senior Management
  • Establish Customer-Centric approach with Team to enhance service delivery and positively impact organizational image with corporate and agency clientele.
  • Establish Performance Management for staff, support training and development for employee success in collaboration with HR guidelines.
  • Discover and explore new leads, connect with decision-makers, monitor potential business opportunities, and select opportunities that are in line with the strategic plan
  • Work effectively as a team, supporting other members of the team in achieving business objectives
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of market developments and identify new opportunities for business growth or diversification.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of office management in the travel industry
  • Excellent oral and communication skills
  • Strong decision making, communication, negotiation, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Strong understanding of Air Consolidator and wholesaler market
  • Proven ability to achieve sales objectives
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint)
  • Demonstrates self-initiative and excellent customer service skills
  • Experienced in working with Global Distribution Systems including but not limited to Sabre, Amadeus and Apollo is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and comfortable working with new technologies
  • A positive and team-player mindset is key
