Job Overview

As a Ticketing Agent at Voyzant USA LLC, you will be responsible for ensuring all tickets sent by the Reservation team are processed in a timely manner. This includes, issuing new airline tickets, re-issuing tickets for which passengers have changed their date, processing any refunds and more. The ideal candidate for this position has a passion for travel, knowledgeable in airline rules and regulations, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Handle ticket issuance, reissue, refunds, BSP refunds, invoices and merchant charges
  • Support the team by responding to inquiries regarding travel reservations and accounting details
  • Evaluate ADM claims through research and communication with external airline and travel agency partners
  • Assist in interfacing and troubleshooting invoices to the accounting system
  • Work effectively as a team and supporting other members of the team in achieving business objectives including assisting in training and administrating refunds
  • Monitors Quality Check reports in ticketing department
  • Assist in Interfacing and troubleshooting invoice to the accounting system
  • Analyze and review reports and market performance statistics in ticketing department as required by the Senior Management

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of travel ticketing experience is a must
  • Demonstrates self-initiative and excellent customer service skills
  • Experienced in working with Global Distribution Systems including but not limited to Sabre, Amadeus and Apollo
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and comfortable working with new technologies
  • Independent and self-started with the ability to collaborate well with others
